Solid high quality.

Although a little more than I would have liked to have spent the mat appears to be of high quality. It came rolled in the box which worried me a bit but I laid it upside down over night and it is now laying flat. Delivery was slower than the store clerk said. I bought Friday at the store and he said Sat. I expected Monday and it came Tuesday.

A simple but solid product

This chair mat is a definite step up from the one that I purchased 3 years ago. The mat gets heavy use in our home office and the last one cracked a broke after a few years. This one appears to be both more flexible and thicker than the previous one. I like this one already...check back with me in 3-4 years.

It was supposed to be for a thick (high) pile carpet. But it "walked" across the carpet and bunched up against the far inside part of the desk.

Slippery Mat

I purchased this mat for a high pile carpet. It slides all over the place even though I've got it held down by my PC on one side and the leg of my desk on the other. I've been in touch with Customer Service and was told that this is what I ordered. So now I'm stuck with it. I tried to explain that this mat does not work on a high pile carpet as it's described but got nowhere. This mat has nubs on the bottom that are very short and rounded so it doesn't grip the carpet at all. Don't waste your money. It certainly isn't worth it. My last chair mat came from Staples and I thought this one would be as good. WRONG. I'll never order another one online. .

Plastic chair mat

Did not stay in place and really showed indentations from chair (on rollers). Hard to move chair over it due to indentations. Subsequently returned the mat to Staples.

After several attempts to have a chair mat on our carpet this one is holding up. The other ones cracked within weeks but this one seems like it is going to do the trick. I guess the old saying is true that you get what you pay for.
