Just what I was looking for

I was looking for a chair mat for high carpet and this is great. Delivery was weird where they did not package it. But it is incredibly solid with no bending around the edges. It is pricy but you get what you pay for.

Can't rate a product you never received!

I cannot rate this product because I never received it. My order was "left behind in the warehouse" every day for a week. However I kept getting the run-around about when it would actually be delivered. Promised yet not delivered for over a week. I finally got fed up and canceled the order! Your delivery service when it's through the local store really and truly stinks!!!

Chair mat is fine just like the others we have in the office but we still don't know what the "Lip" is that is mentioned in the product description

Definitely not for typical home carpet.

We have the typical medium pile home carpet and this does not work at all It deforms to the point there's no way the chair will roll. Worse yet the deformity is basically permanent so there's no way you can move to a new position. This MIGHT work for very short pile with no carpet pad that you would find in a business or professional office setting.

The description on-line lead me to believe this was a heavy duty mat for use on a thick carpet but it is no better at resisting divots from the wheels of a rolling chair than my old flimsier mat. [...]
