Arrived enrolled so it sat perfectly flat upon arrival. Heavy duty and does not slip on carpet. It does what it should!

The mat does not let chair roll easily and the chair rollers cause deep depressions in the mat after sitting in one place for a few minutes.

I like that the mat was delivered flat and not rolled up with memory to deal with and the size is perfect! That being said it feels soft under my desk chair rollers. I don't see how it can hold up. Yes I am a big guy (6'4" 250lbs) but the one I replaced (purchased from Uline at double the price of this one) lasted about 6 years before breaking down. I guess at half the price I will be satisfied if this one lasts 3. If it lasts longer than that this rating will be 5 star.

I've started replacing all of our chair mats with this one because it can handle the weight and constant pressure from even the heaviest user. We bought the thinner and less expensive chair mats that were made for the type of carpet in our office and they would crack and crumble within weeks especially for the bigger men in the office. I've purchased 7 of these and haven't had any complaints since I bought the first one almost 2 years ago. The initial cost seems high but I am no longer replacing the same chair mats every couple of months.

It is better than nothing but it is not rigid enough for medium pile carpet. It creates divots in just a couple hours.

The size is great but this mat is not made for a plush carpet. I just put mine down yesterday and I already have dents and divots. If you have a plush carpet find a different product.
