Came all rolled up and wrinkled and wouldn’t flatten out. Exchanged it for another and had to return it because it came back the same way. Totally disappointed.

I bought this mat one year ago to the date. Today as soon as I sat down in my chair I heard a loud pop noise. When I looked down the mat cracked. This will not be a long lasting mat. I've had no issues with it until now. I would not buy this item again.

If you have plush carpet or a thick pad this is the mat you should get. I made the mistake of trying a cheaper economy style mat. it does not work. Spend the money - you won't regret it.

Not suitable for the home office

Advertized for high pile carpet but totally unsuitable for my home office that has 1/2" pile carpet plus underpad. The chair wheels create craters in the mat that the chair persists in rolling back into when you try to move the chair a small distance. I purchased another pad from another store that is much heavier but still craters under the wheels but to a lesser degree. I use a standard 5 wheel office chair and I weigh in at 170 lbs.

Floor mat is fine and I hope it lasts longer than the previous one. Mat was delivered filthy with no wrapping. Footprints were on smooth side indicating delivery person had walked on it with dirty shoes. Studs on other side were full of white pieces of something (paper cardboard fabric?). Had to spend a half hour cleaning and washing the mat before we could use it.
