Honestly I was disappointed in the quality of the product. The chair mat is the correct size of course but the plastic itself is surprisingly thin and actually "dents" while I am sitting in my chair in my office. I am used to and was expecting a better (that is thicker) product. I actually wonder how long the mat is going to last if it is "denting" when I use it. I in good conscience wouldn't recommend the product to a friend or colleague for that reason. The delivery was on time although I did think it was unusual that for the extra $2.99 I had to pay for shipping it it just arrived at my house just as the chair mat itself (no covering no packing no nothing). It wasn't damaged at all but could have easily been in the shipping process "unprotected" This doesn't change my rating of the product - just that I was surprised how it was shipped.
The product itself is good but don't ask for delivery. Chair mats are awkward to handle and I needed two of them so instead of picking them up at the local Staples store I ordered online and had them delivered to my office. The mats were delivered to my office rolled up and secured by several turns of packing tape. When I removed the tape I was left with a large area of sticky residue. Customer service ignored two messages about this problem so I had to find a way to remove the tape residue. It took me a half bottle of Goo Gone most of a roll of paper towels and about two hours of scrubbing to finally clean up the mess. I do recommend the product but if you want to have it delivered don't forget to order Goo Gone and paper towels.
Product is used in an office with low pile carpet. Product cracks after a month of use molds to the canisters of the chairs which causes problems rolling fowards and backwards and is not as thick as discribed.
