I love the chair mat for our office chair it works great and grips the carpet. It stays put and doesn’t move around. We had our old one we bought from Staples and it was several years old and it finally wore out.

I expected the mat to have beveled edges and be a little thicker for carpet. Because I have thicker carpet the mat isn't as functional since the chair sinks into the mat itself which eventually will crack and need replacement. But it's better than trying to roll on the carpet.

We like the quality of the chair mat and the way it protects the underlying carpet. The thickness is just right and gives it just the right protection. It is easy to wipe when necessary and it holds in place without shifting.

Thickness and quality of the material is below my expectation. Chair wheels quickly made dents in the surface so it is difficult to roll. Would not buy again.
