The mat came unboxed filthy dirty looking old and used. It was sent again unboxed and dirty. Instructions were given to box or wrapped.

It works fine. On medium pile carpet it prevents the chair from ripping or destroying the carpet but still leaves pretty serious indentions from the wheels.

Mat came with the big Staples sticker on the shiny side instead of the back side of it. It left stickiness on there that I cannot get off no matter what I try. Also the mat is too soft I only had it for 2 days and I see indentations from the wheels.
