The mat matches description. So far no isues. Order was supposed to arrive next day did not arrive for over a week. Staples no longer delivers and uses a carrier so when they say it will be delivered next day or delayed another day you can't count on that.

I weigh about 120 lbs and use a 5 wheeled office chair that's probably not much more then 10 pounds if i had to guess. I spend about 5-9 hours daily at my desk with this mate and have had it for a couple of weeks now. It is situated in a carpeted room. It's not a badly made mate by any means. It came in good condition completely flat and not rolled which i appreciated. However it has begun to dent now i dont weigh much and so the dents are minimal. But I can see how the denting could continue until it was annoying. This would be ok for a hard floor. maybe over a rug or in very short/office carpet. but for your average home carpet i would probly have shelled out a little extra for something thicker.

I bought this mat to use in front of a home computer on what is apparently a low pile carpet instead of a flat pile carpet which I would call a no pile carpet. It will work for us because we won't be rolling around as in an office; but it is not stiff enough to keep us from denting in the mat with the chair's wheels but still protects the carpet.

It does the job of protecting my carpet but leaves deep depressions from my office chair and I does not allow the chair to roll as freely as my previous sturdier mat.

I am very disappointed in my online choice of this product. It would help if more information on pairing pad rigidity and chair load capacity. I am 190 lbs.

Overpriced

Overpriced for what it is. The plastic is thinner than the last one. My chair has dented the plastic in some spots. Still rolls along though.

The quality food the product is surprisingly poor. I used similar product in the past and this product is bad in quality by far. Also shipping method is bad too. The product came folded and distorted. There was no wrapping around it. Definitely not recommend this product from Staples.
