I'm very happy with the mat. It was delivered in a timely fashion was nice and flat (not wrapped) and fits well on my carpet. The only problem was with the delivery. Although I had included an apartment number none was on the delivery slip. The delivery person had to go around to multiple neighbors to ask if I lived there so it could be delivered.
