I had ordered chair mats in past and have had no problems with my staples order. When the delivery driver finally got the mat to me much later than the promised 1 day service. He says " you may have to lay something on this to flatten it. I put 4 80 .lb pallets on it overnight and it still has a crease in it that is unbelievable. I am afraid to have it replaced as the next one may be worse. You need to find a better way to ship of find a better delivery courier to handle your packages. This was not an impressive order!

This mat works as intended. However I can tell that it is a minimum thickness for this use. I should have selected the thicker one.

It came rolled up in a box and it took three people to get it unrolled. Still has not flattened out.
