Bought two arrived rolled up in boxes one with the nubs in and one with the nubs out. Took two of us to unroll them as they are VERY hard to unroll. Had to leave heavy boxes on them for two days to get them to lay mostly flat. Seems thicker than the previous ones I had which lasted about two years before the plastic started cracking.

Floppy Mat

I think the mat is sturdy but flimsy. I expected the mat to be a bit more rigid -and to have come in some type of container. When I got home from work the mat was delivered in a heap outside my front door. Luckily for me I have decent neighbors or my mat would have "walked away". The company should package the mats in cardboard tubes or flat boxes TO PREVENT DAMAGES. As far as how the mat works it works very well and grips the carpet very nicely (no sliding or bunching). I feel I got my money's worth.

Beware when ordering this. I have black tar on the bottom of it that I am afraid will get on my carpet so I had to put a piece of cardboard over it. Also it comes in a heap that you can't get straighten out. I have a big ripple right in the middle of it. Very disappointed in Staples that they don't roll the carpet mat up so this don't happen. This is a quite expensive item to be delivered in that condition.

This mat has rug grippers but not the nasty finger punching ones other products have. It only took about two days to settle in and not walk around as I move my chair. The delivery service was great.
