Came packed in a box not loose. Was clean and required only a quick wipe before using. Flattened quickly in the sun on a cool day. Very slick top and bottom; slides on the floor and my socked feet slide on top. Otherwise no complaints so far. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Chair mat seems to be protecting the laminate floor underneath. Office chair glides easily over the mat. My only complaint is that the mat does slide around a little on the floor but it isn't a big deal. Overall I am very satisfied with the chair mat and would recommend it.

It's hard and slippery. When it slides up against a garbage can or something the bend stays in the product. It has no teeth underneath so it does not stay in place.Worst purchase ever

Held in Place; but ruined my new pergo laminate floor

Chair mat did not move around as some people have said. BUT it did destroy my new pergo laminate flooring that it was supposed to protect. Have to have someone come in and get estimate for reepair and see what exactly happened (either the mat left residue on my floor that will not come up OR the mat removed the upper portion of the Pergo. Either way my floor is ruined !
