This hard floor chair mat is awesome. It covers the oak floor and prevents my chair from digging the floor up.It is great...no splinters from the floor

I had first bought the wrong size but when it came it was new in a box. I returned that one to a store and while in the store ordered a bigger size. When it was delivered it was not in a box. It was filthy dirty and probably used. I had to clean it and it didn’t completely clean. I would have returned it and complained but I needed it.
