We got this all rolled up but we laid it down and put a dictionary on one corner plus the desk chair and it laid flat right away. Durable and works great.

This is my first mat purchase and cannot do a comparison but I can say the quality is definitely good. The matt is a little thin but the texture is hard and durable and it will save my hardwood floor form my chair.

I shopped online for chair mats to protect my hardwood floor from my son's computer chair. This was the best price and it's a great value. Just what I needed and I was glad I hadn't paid for one of the higher priced choices.
