The chair mat works well and stays in place well because of the little teeth on the back. It hasn't cracked or discolored and seems durable.

all mats crack in less than a year

I've bought 3 different mats from Staples in less than 3 years. They all crack and don't last long even the thicker more expensive ones so now I just buy the cheapest one because I know it will have to be replaced.

It would be great if it stayed in place. I think the tabs underneath should be longer so it grabs the rug better
