Not thick enough

I use the mat in a home office where I sometimes work all day. The mat isn't thick enough to prevent indents from the chair's casters which then makes it hard to roll the chair.

This does a good job of protecting the carpeted floor. It does not slide but it does require two hands to move into place or adjust.

The size is good. Plastic is too thin as on carpet the wheels of office chair makes 4 dents that makes it hard to roll after sitting for a while. Dents do not go away so chair tend to roll into the dents. The grips on the bottom keep the mat from moving.
