It is alright. Not quite as good as I thought it would be on my Carpet. But it will do. Not firm. Chair wheels make indentions on it and therefore hard to roll out of the indentions.

I feel like this mat would work great on a low carpet. Perhaps I didn't read the description thoroughly. I am working from home in my apartment and the carpet is average. So because there's a cushion when I sit on my chair it has started to make indentations on the mat. But overall it's protecting the carpet from the wheels so I cannot complain anymore. Next time I'll look into a thicker mat for this carpet.
