My carpet isn’t that flat so the mat tends to curl up on the sides when sitting in the chair. I don’t like the 2 tabs on the end of it. I realize it is for hanging up in the store but they should be removable. But it does serve the purpose of protecting my carpet.

This was replacing another Staples chair mat that had lasted for a number of years. However this one was much different when we got it home. It felt strong enough but does not work on the same carpet as the old one without the holes already appearing where the wheels sit. The chair sinks into those "holes" and is hard to move around. Would not recommend this one--get the much more expensive one if you want it to work and last.

I guess this mat does it job protecting the carpet but I'd rather go without the mat. I have a u-shaped desk and roll from place to place alot. I can feel the "nubs" on the bottom side of the mat when I roll so it's pretty bumpy. Also I just got this mat and the wheels on my chair have already made permanent indentations in it. They cause me to get stuck when I'm trying to roll. I wouldn't recommend this mat.

I have purchased this item at the store about a week ago While i was buying that item in the store everyone working were very helpful and i was very happy when i left. I am thankful that i purchased this item and when i brought it home i put in my office and now it is one of the most useful things i have. It doesn't ruin my carpet from the chair wheels and protects the carpet from being in the way for the chair from go from one side to another. I am just very happy i had a coupon to buy this item for such a great price.
