Works well. It does indent the mat with the chair wheels but it does not stop the chair from moving.

I bought a mat like this from Staples about 8 years ago and used it all that time until it began to get brittle and chunks fell out. If this one lasts even half that long I’ll be very happy! It has a 1 year guarantee but lasts much longer than that.
