I returned this chair mat shortly after bringing it home. It is so thin that the wheels from my desk chair made fairly deep indentations in it almost immediately. That made it difficult to roll the chair around. I expect that it would crack in a short period of time as well from normal use.
I am not completely happy with this product. The wheels on my desk chair leave deep indentations and that makes it difficult to move the chair. I previously had one of these mats when I was working and I remember it being somewhat thicker more like a tile of plastic. When I move the chair I have to get up off it and the dents remain in the plastic long after I have relocated the chair. Twice this thickness would maybe be better. This is too soft. I have this over a rug and feel it is not what I previously had in my work. I would only recommend this for placement on a hard surface.

In 6 months or less the mat will get brittle crack crumble and need to be replaced. But it is better than trying to use my chair on a rug without it. There has to be a better way to make the product last. I have purchased enough of them that I should have bought stock in the company to get rich.

Only model to choose from @ store I needed them right away could not wait for a special order
I bought one of these for my desk chair a few years ago and it has held up well so I bought another one when I got a new recliner so I wouldn't mess up the carpet. It was the perfect size. I cut off the "lip" or whatever it's called but in hindsight I should've left it because I have stuff around my recliner for books and things and that lip would've also protected the carpet and made it easier to clean. Oh well. Lesson learned.
