his mat is unacceptable as it is a soft vinyl and chair creates "divots" in the mat making it difficult to manuever the chair around. This is totally opposite as the old "hard" chair mat constructed of heavy plastic which allowed ease of manueverability.

How about a weight of person plus chair added to the description for more accurate useage of the mat? This was an economical mat for the low pile carpet use but I am not sure if the weight of the chair owner plus the chair will stand up to the mat's life.

The mat has shallow teeth and does not cling to the carpet as it should. The office chair feet sink into the mat and the chair is VERY hard to roll across the mat. Then the mat has little valleys where the chair has been. Very flimsy construction. [...] For the price it should be four times the quality.
