Not adequate thickness even for low ile

Chair rollers sink into this product even with low pile. would only be adequate on outdoor type carpet.

The mat gets dimples where the chair sits on it making it a bit tough to roll around. Just the weight of the chair leaves dents.

Useful only on hard surface-like carpeting such is indoor-outdoor. The mat sinks under the chair rollers on any carpeting with higher pile thus unable to move the chair without lift up out of the chair.
