WE USE THE MAT AT LEAST MINIMUM OF 8 HOURS DAILY. WORE THE FIRST ONE OUT AFTER APPOXIMATELY 6 YEARS. MAT REALLY SAVES THE CARPET AND ALLOWS FOR EASY GLIDING OF THE CHAIR.

Purchased it on April 28 2019. Still have the receipt. By April 17 2020 it was cracked on multiple places where my chair's legs are. Use it on low carpet at home. I will be visiting the store asking about the manufacturer's 1 year warranty. However knowing how corrupt and greedy companies and people are I am sure the "warranty" is put together by "well established" lawyers and contains procedures where I have to pay like 82 dollars shipping - or some standard nonsense like that.
