The mat is so thin and soft as opposed to firm and solid it was a waste of money. My chair sinks into it and then becomes difficult to roll. I will try to return it.

Quite thin and flimsy. Mat already has indentations from the chair rollers and I weigh 120 lbs. Do not figure it will last long.

This is the best one I have had so far. It is thicker and does not get cut with the weight of the chair as fast as the older ones I wonder why you don't keep them with the others? I found it over against the wall instead of where you have the hanging ones. The sales person didn't even know they were there???? He was probably new but polite anyway. It took too ong to get someone to wait n me. I do love the chair mat however but you need to train your people more quickly. Thank you for the mat. It is working well for me and I will know where to get it next time. Suzanne Farran
