The office chair wheels make an indentation in the mat that makes it difficult to roll out of and my weight is 145 pounds :-) We ended up putting the old mat under the new and this works well.

The delivery was on right on time and price was good. As some mentioned the mat does tend to move forward on the carpet. So know you will need to slide back into place from time to time. Overall a good purchase for the amount we paid!

This floor mat works well. It was delivered so we didn't have to deal with rolling it up to get it from the store to the office. Those spikes can be tough to deal with .
