They do not hold up[ very well. The one I replaced only lasted a bit over a year and then it began to crack up/ I was not able to find the better quality one.

The mat is thin and my chair sinks into it as I sit. So much so that it’s hard for the chair to roll after a while. Also the bumps on the bottom that are supposed to keep the mat in place on carpet don’t work. The mat migrates and has to be repositioned every few days. Not happy at all.

This mat isn't heavy enough to be effective on carpet-it creeps forward and bends up against my desk every time I roll my chair forward so I am constantly having to pull it back.

Too flexible

This is a replacement mat and while it is the correct size it bends too much under the weight of the chair leading to "dips" in the mat. It also tends to move from its position on the carpet. I think it is not as thick as the original. In any case it does not work as expected.
