First this was my first order from Staples. Very surprised that my order was delivered THE NEXT DAY! Awesome! Second the casters on my chair make bigger indents into the mat than I had hoped for and the whole mat "walks" like crazy. I ended up putting the edge of the mat under my desk legs. Walking problem solved. Basically I am very satisfied but not ecstatic thus the 4 stars not 5.

Haven't had mat long enough to really review it but have noticed my chair wheels make impressions on it. Not as thick and heavy as my last mat. It looks nice.

Mat is way too soft Castors leave big indents. Not happy with it. Unfortunately I had to cut a notch in it to fit around desk leg so I can not return it or I would
