I replaced my thicker rigid mat with one of the thinner versions. Hopefully this will not crack like the other did.

I like this mat. It protects my carpet from the black marks my chair was making on it. I just wish it would stay in one place when I roll around in my office chair. Although I have to adjust once a day it serves the purpose I bought it for.
