Not recommended - mat crawls with chair

It probably saves the carpet - but the mat moves when a chair rolls over it several times. Won't stay put.

The advertising stickers that were placed on the mat were EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE! Not only that the glue left behind on the mat stuck to the bottom of your shoes and everything else. The residual glue had to be removed with solvent and a metal scraper. Any savings brought about by the low price for this product was spent in labor removing the stickers and glue. Next time I'd consider more expensive mat.
