If you are over 200 lbs and the chair mat is on a slightly flat carpet you may notice dents in the chair mat. The good part is the dent will go away but it does make it a little difficult to roll a chair back and forth. I bought the same chair mat for my granddaughter and she likes it.

This carpet chair mat is of good quality for the money. It is a lower price point mat so it should be expected to be less substantial than others. It is a little thin and slightly bends over unevenness in the floor surface. Because of this the wheels on the chair will sort of stick between the anchoring cleats of the mat.
