It was horrible! Made cheap and won't lay flat. Very disappointed! I bought my sister one and ashamed to give it to her!

The chair mat works as advertised. Since it is curled by the manufacturer it takes a bit of maneuvering to get the mat flat on the floor. This is the second mat that I have had to purchase in two years. Over time the mat becomes brittle and cracks begin to appear. This makes sliding a wheeled chair over the mat a little difficult. Based on the frequency of my purchase I would say that the mat is overpriced. From my shopping experience it was the only mat available in the store unless there were other mats on display elsewhere in the store.

I am very pleased with the chair mat. It seems to be much sturdier than ones I have purchased in the past. It looks very nice on the floor and I recommend it.

This mat is not as thick as the one I replaced which I also purchased at Staples. This mat would probably work on a wooden floor but it's not very good on carpet.

I was not aware how thin this was when I ordered it online. It's too thin to be supportive. So the chair does not roll around easily on it.
