It'll do to protect my carpet

The mat looks fine where I need to protect new carpet. since i just bought it I don't know how it will hold up over time or if it's going to discolor... Can there really be a huge difference in plastic floor mats?!

Great Product for Price

This is a decent product for the price. I purchased to use primarily at home. After having a rolling chair and no mat I was determined not to ruin any more carpet. The only con I have is for the shape. Since I have a small desk at home the portion that fits underneath the desk is to short. There is about 11 to 12 inches deep of unprotected carpet. The remainder of the area is just perfect. Great buy!

Previous chair mat was perhaps hard plastic and cracked under pressure of chair wheels. New mat is more rubberized and has some flexibility which should allow it to last longer.
