Make sure to give them time to "air out" or it smells like something is burning. They are sturdy and have worked for our workstations well. This is a good size.

I bought this chairmat to protect my new hardwood floor in my study. After seeing the destruction that was done to my old floor without having a chairmat I knew I wanted a chairmat to cover all possible areas that my chair would roll on. The size and shape is perfect for my computer area.

EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS...

Frankly I cannot believe I paid[$] for what is basically a small piece of thin plastic.. however Staples was the only place that had anything that would protect our new floors from our rolling office chairs so I bought it.Am hoping it does the job over time it's just down only 2 weeks as of this writing.
