Having some trouble getting the folders to expand without tearing at the bottom of the file jacket. Over glued or not folded properly.

Very good. I've used these folders before over the years but could not find them in a number of different store locations in smaller quantities such as packets of 10 15 etc. At time of purchase I gave my Email address for notification of their arrival at my local Bayside store. However I never received this Email. So much for customer Email notification.
