This mat is made extremely well. It’s shipped flat. It’s not a thin roll up product. Very pleased.

Product is simply too thin. Chair wheels sink in immediately.

Chair mat arrived on time but similar to other reviews as it doesn't support the weight of a rolling chair. This does protect the carpet but was hopeful for better results based on cost.

I like this mat. It was much needed for my awesome new office chair of course which I purchased from Staples. This mat is great and it serves it’s purpose but it also slips around and can be slippery to walk on as well. Wish it came with some sort of stickers or anchors to keep the mat in its designated place.

It got dents in it from the weight of the chair on the wheels almost immediately.

Although my chair puts dents in the mat I'm able to move around much better than without the mat.

I feel like this mat would work great on a low carpet. Perhaps I didn't read the description thoroughly. I am working from home in my apartment and the carpet is average. So because there's a cushion when I sit on my chair it has started to make indentations on the mat. But overall it's protecting the carpet from the wheels so I cannot complain anymore. Next time I'll look into a thicker mat for this carpet.
