The depressions my roller chair make are not permanent but prevents me from rolling. I guess this is medium-duty as opposed to heavy-duty?

Very thin. Rolling the chair over it is not much better than rolling on the carpet.

Poor quality

Poor quality chair mat that now has divots under chair wheels. Carpet is 1/4” thick. Mat was delivered with no packaging around it with dirty boot marks all over.

The mat is way too soft and it’s difficult to get your chair to roll-on it. I ordered a different one from a different manufacturer and am much happier
