Mat was flat (not rolled) when I purchased it. Works like it supposed to.

I'm a 230 lbs person and I have not had any problems with my office chair sinking into the mat on old carpet (3/16" of pile left). I have been impressed with the stiffness of the mat but not the cleats on the bottom as this mat still moves about an inch each week after 40+ hours of use. Hence the 4 stars.

Extremely thin my chair wheels get stuck because they make a well in the mat. And no I'm not that heavy.

I believe it would’ve been much better if it was an eighth of an inch thicker but it’s fine thank you that

It is just what I was looking for. I tried two other Staples mats but they did not support my chair. This one is firm and my chair does not make ruts.

I put the chair mat on top of Berber carpeting and my chair sinks into the mat making it hard to push away from my computer.
