Love the mat and I was so impressed with the speedy delivery! And hats off to Staples for their thoughtful delivery methods with minimal packaging they are really leading the way of how we should think about shipping things!

The mat came filthy covered in dirt. Had no covering on it at all. Even had footprints in dirt on it.

This was the only chair mat to come not folded. The ones that come folded never seem to straighten out no matter what I do. This one was delivered in one day for free and came flat and works perfectly. And I had tried 3 before this.

I bought this mat to put under my new rolling office chair which wouldn't roll on my carpeted home office floor. I suspected that I really needed a thicker mat but decided to go the cheap route since this one was the least expensive. Unfortunately the mat is starting to warp in spots because of the weight on top of the carpeted surface with it's upgraded padding underneath. There's no problem with the mat itself I'm sure it would be fine on thinner carpeting. You may want to keep that in mind when making a mat purchase.

The shipping and product stickers left two large (7"x9") glue residue spots on the matt that make it very tacky. Now my socks stick to the matt. The matt has a bit more "give" than I'd like. Its supposed to be heavy duty yet my wheels leaves divots that take overnight to relax back. I know I need to loose a few pounds but I really expected a bit sturdier. Overall It does the job but I would not buy it again nor recommend it to a friend.
