Poor quality and I returned it. The chair makes divots in the thin mat so you can’t even roll the chair defeating the whole purpose.

The chairs ones without wheels push down into the medium pile carpet beneath and the marks remain. I suspect this won't last a lot of years.

The chair mat fits within the desk area that I have set up. My chair wheels don't get stuck and are easy to roll around on the mat. It was easy to unbox and unroll. You do have to let it sit out for at least 48 hours 24 hours to be able to unroll it and another 24 to lay it flat. It is light and easy to move around.

Delivered on time. Not wrapped or boxed which was good because it wasn't bent or folded. Exactly as described.

We don't have transportation to get to the store. Delivery was nice but came damaged - corner left was gone completely missing. Accepted item for our old mat was falling apart in chunks and this even in its state was a way better replacement!
