Does not work good at all on short pile carpet. Sinks in real bad. Not worth the money. Piece of wood would be better.

Excellent buy for the money. A bit softer than it should be so that moving chair around is not as smooth an effort as I would like. Nevertheless I am satisfied.

Was exactly what I needed for my home office! Quick delivery. Great solution to preserving my carpet and allowing my chair to roll easily.

I do want to tell you about my wonderful salesman’....he went and got it for me since itt wasn’t on display carried it up front for me and refused to let me carry it outside to my car. I’m afraid I don’t remember his name but the young man at the register told me ‘oh he does everything around here ..he’s great we all know him” when I asked his name (and then forgot it). I’ve always had good service at that location>>!!

It works but it's not the best for my carpet. The wheels create dents in the mat that make the chair a little tougher to move. Still beats trying to roll the chair on carpet.

Overall a good chair mat. I had to buy this new one after my old cracked ( it wasn't that old but got significantly more during this past year). Anyway this is a good chair mat it smoothed out nicely. I am just waiting for one small area one edge to smooth out over the carpet. Overall pleased with this purchase.

Ideally a thicker pad would be better The carpet and pad are at least 1/2 inch thick but so far this pad is working. The question is how long will it last?
