I was pleasantly surprised by the great feel and quality of this mat. Additionally the "rounded" spikes on the bottom made it much easier to work with. (The old-style sharp point spikes on mats I bought previously felt like you were risking your hands to get them home and installed.) I love how this new mat looks in my office and it is working very well for my rolling chair and other wheeled items.

This is a large chair map to cover a carpet. When it first came out of the box it had a strong smell but after sitting outside in the fresh air for a couple of hours it was fine. Serves the purpose well.
