Plastic is soft so the wheels leave indentations. The indentations create little wells so the chair always rolls back into those indentations.

Mat does not work well for short shag carpet

The item was too thin. Mat does not work well for short shag carpet. The wheels of chair still sank into the mat causing it hard to move the chair around. The mat needs to be thicker or not so soft that wheels of chair sink into it causing Indentations in mat.
