First it was way late and when it came it was curled up and bent into an "s" shape. I had to put 50 pound sandbags on it for 3 days to flatten it enough to use and it still has bends in it.

Needs to be thicker. It is thin enough that if my chair stays in one place for more than a few minutes the casters sink down and the chair will not roll easily.

Display was incomplete. Sales representative wen to back and brought out this one. We would have preferred a thicker plastic. Chair wheels sink into the plastic but otherwise it works fine.
