Economy mat is fine

After reading reviews for this mat I hesitated before buying. Then I found reviews of more expensive mats had the same poor reviews. I guess people are buying it for the wrong applications...this is for a low-pile carpet...not wood floors or heavy-pile carpets. I expect to get years of use from this product since I purchased it for the proper application So-far so-good.

I bought it to support a slide-out table in a craft cabinet. It does a really good job of letting the table slide out smoothly while protecting the carpet from wear and tear.

The mat was difficult to leave the store with as it was not rolled or protected by the cashier.

Good for low pile carpets...works nicely

it is for lighter usage...but I use a rolling office chair on lower pile carpeting and it works great. It could be thicker because it does indent when your chair rollers stay in one place for awhile...but does seem to rebound after a time. Compared to the other expensive choices I think this is a great bargain. If it wears out I could by 3 for the price of the next price range at Staples.
