It is an under the computer chair mat. The purpose was to replace an old mat that had been détented by a similar chair. I am very disappointed that the new one dents worse than the old one. Wherever you place the chair it dents the pad. In order to move you have to get up and move the chair. Very disappointed.

I ordered Item #823767 Staples 36 x 48 Plushmat Medium Pile Carpet chair mat. It was ordered Monday night and was here early Wed. morning. It came folded in half with the prongs on the inside so that it flattened out easily within 1 hr. My chair rolls with ease. It does leave imprints from the rollers but that is minor. I am very satisfied with this mat.

The mat moves even though there are small raised spots all over mat to prevent this and it curls up. Do not like it at all.

Great mat for L-shaped desk and deeper carpet

This was delivered flat without scratches & clean! Fits perfectly in my L-shaped work station. Doesn't move on the carpet or dent due to my chair. Heavy duty! Highly recommend.
