Great for the price

I've bought this in the past when it had the spike like cleats and it lasted for over 5 years of heavy use. This new cleat design gentler on hands. Make sure that when you buy one it is slightly pliable (new stock) and use it as it states on a flat pile rug like a commercial type. Older stock is already hardening and will crack and not last as long. Office temperature sun light exposure are other factors in durability. Great product at a great price!

NOT PACKAGED WELL...

This product seems durable...but it didn't come in any packaging. The driver had it on a pallet on the back of his truck. By the time they were delivered they were completely bent out of shape. After a few days of laying them flat (with the help of heavy boxes overnight) they seem ok. Good price good quality. So far so good!

Pretty Good for the Price

The price of this mat was good but I also had a special Staples coupon that gave you an addittional $10 off which made this purchase a no brainer. I've only had this mat for about 2 weeks and it still looks good---only time will tell. The only downfall I have is the 2 loops on this mat that they use to hang up for display shows when you lay it down. So if you don't like these loops then you have to cut them off and we all know how bad it is to cut mats. So far for two weeks I'm happy.

Problem laying flat

This product comes folded from the factory. It took several weeks and weights before product flattened enough to use. There are still ripples which prevent mat from hugging carpet.

Hardwood flooring is protected

I bought 2 of these floor mats for 2 offices with hardwood floors. They work great! They were delivered "as is" (no packaging) and were rolled up. The curl came out virtually immediately and they lay flat within a few hours. They are easy on the floor and the chairs roll or slide easily on them without any slippage. There was a slight smell to them initially but within a short time the odor was gone. These chair mats work very well to protect our hardwood flooring and allow the easy chair manueverability needed.
