It has take over a week for the flat pile carpet chair mat to somewhat smooth out under my office chair. It has made mobility around my desk area easier to do which is a main point of why I purchased it. Also the mat was on sale! Overall I am pleased with this purchase and believe it was and is a great investment.

I cannot rate this product because I never received it. My order was "left behind in the warehouse" every day for a week. However I kept getting the run-around about when it would actually be delivered. Promised yet not delivered for over a week. I finally got fed up and canceled the order! Your delivery service when it's through the local store really and truly stinks!!!
