Even though description says for flat pile this is working fine on a thick pile carpet. We'll see how it holds up over time but at this cost and with a coupon a good bargain.

The wheels of my chair pushed through this creating indentions. Took an hour to remove the sticker.

A Perfect Solution!

This is a great mat to use over low pile carpet ... desk chair slides much easier over the smooth surface. I had tried the standard mat size in the past but it was not large enough to cover all the foot space under my desk. The 48" x 60" is the perfect fit. Would recommend that you have it delivered vs. pick-up in the store.

Supposed to be for high pile. Mine is 3/4 inch. This was an expensive item and now has MANY cracks in it! VERY disappointed.
