Product has changed- doesn't last long anymore

We have used this product for years but in the last few months (or more) we have noticed that these great sponges fall apart MUCH faster than they used, to. They are still functionally the same, but they just don't last very long anymore. Maybe a week, at most. We are so disappointed that 3M changed them so that they fall apart faster. They will not sell more sponges, they will just lose customers!

We have used these for several years and can tell that the newest bag of them is inferior. They only last about 3 days and turn to mush, have to be thrown out.

We have been using these sponges for many years and we really like them, but the last two times that I purchased theses sponges, the scrubbers has separated from the sponges.

I've been buying the same packages of these sponges & they *used* to be good, but no longer are. The scrub backing starts to peel off before I've even started to clean a non-stick pan. I throw them out within a few weeks & don't even use them much to clean because everything goes in the dishwasher. Very disappointed as these sponges are not cheap to buy!
I've used various versions of the years and about 2 months ago I've noticed that the sponge part begins to fall apart immediately, you can barely get 10 days out of them during medium to light use. Giant chunks then begin to fall off, rendering the whole thing useless after just a few uses. I'm done with these things for good and sick of picking up all the little blue and yellow chunks left behind in my sink and on the surfaces I've cleaned.

I have been using your blue non-scratch pads for many, many years. We shop at a big box store nearby and buy the large quantity packs. However, the last two purchases were very disappointing as the quality seems to be diminished by thickness of the pads. Is there as reason for this happening? Are you changing the formula? I hope not I will try another purchase but will not continue buying if I find this unacceptable quality.
The 4.8 star rating that 3M wants you to see is, in fact, untrue in light of their recent debasing of this once excellent product. The vast majority of the 4.5-5.0 star ratings are 2, 3, 4, even 5 years old! For approximately 20 years, even I had insisted on no substitutions. ScotchBrite was the best, until my most recent purchase at a warehouse club facility. As soon as I held the sponge I was horrified that this once-upon-a-time wonderful product would be so downgraded by 3M. In my husband's hand this puny, cheaply constructed sheet of sponge attached to a thin layer of "scrub" material is lost. It only stands to reason, being a conglomerate, that 3M has reduced the intrinsic value of this product BUT NOT THE COST. Producing a quality product is apparently not hardwired into 3M; making "money for nothing" is. This item is going back to the club store for a refund. I will never purchase it again & intend to advise them of the inferiority of what they are selling to their members.

We have not changed our product at all. We would like to find out more about this package you purchased. Please give us a call at 1-800-846-8887. Thanks
We've used these forever, but in the last few months, our sponge seems to take on a moldy or mildewy smell that leaves that smell on your hands. We haven't changed anything in terms of the soap we are using or how we let it dry between uses. Anyone else notice this recently?
