Had to buy a box instead of small pack

My only complaint is that the store doesn't sell these in smaller amounts than by the 100 count box. Will take me forever to go through 100 of them.

Hard to Find 10

Hard to Find 10" x 15" Brown Kraft Clasp Envelopes: Mailing legal-sized documents can be difficult especially when you need to keep the documents flat without creasing. With the Staples brand 10" x 15" Brown Kraft Clasp Envelopes those tasks are possible. Plenty of room for the legal sized documents to easily slide into these well constructed envelopes. All seams and the gummed flap are heavy glued to ensure safe and secure closure. The extra clasp on the flap gives you extra peace of mind that the important contents will arrive at their destination completely intact. Great value for the money compared to other brands.

Metal clasp and the post office

The United States Postal Service charges and extra 20 cents to mail an envelope with the metal clasp on them. So I have to take the metal clasp off before mailing. I am not sure 10" X 15" envelopes are made without the metal clip.

The envelopes purchased offers a safe secure and convenient way to present a copy set for the client(s)to keep his/her/their records. Please consider adding the same is white.

Legal sized mailing envelopes

Purchased these as I needed legal sized envelopes both for temporary transportation and storage of legal papers at home as well as for mailing purposes. This was all they had at the Staples store. They work fine for both purposes as long as there are not more than five or six pages placed in each envelope - anything more and they are not strong enough to keep them flat and they will bend. I often end up having to use the priority mail envelopes I get from the post office directly for all mailing purposes.

Unfortunately not well constructed and ripped easily. If I can find the same size + point I would check to see if its a better construction.

Economical but Should be Sturdier

If the envelope were glued where the paper is come together on the reverse side the envelope would afford a better presentation. Further the 10 x 15 size is the only one Staples offers that approximates accommodating legal size paper which is 8 1/2 by 14. A 9 inch by 14 1/2 envelope would be preferable. Also instead of a metal clip to secure the envelope a self-gluing closure would make for a better product. Even a non-self gluing envelope would be my preference. I did not have need for 100 envelopes which was the smallest amount available. 25 would have been optimal for me in a higher quality edition.
